We do not believe that the economic benefits that may potentially occur may be worth the huge costs to our present systems and quality of life.  While there may be a local spike in wages and land valuation, the increased costs of “doing business” and the related loss in quality of life and the environment still cause us to believe this project is better suited somewhere else (existing brown fields, abandoned military bases, present refineries, etc).
