Planning & Zoning Letters & Questions to Hyperion Should a 400,000 Barrel Per Day Refinery Be Built in South Dakota? Presentation by the Living River Group Hyperion filed their rezoning application on 12/06/07. We completed our review of their document and found it incomplete and inaccurate per the attached 12.10.07 letter to Dennis Henze. We have attended the Hyperion "forums" which were supposed to answer our questions, but only left us with additional unanswered questions.
